      • Request for Replacement or Return or Refund can be made within 30 days from Delivered Date.
      • Valid proof of purchase is required.
      • Proof of defect(s) on product is required.
      • Technician may be sent to verify defects in person.
      • Return/Refund/Replacement is NOT offered after 30 days from delivery and Limited Warranty Service will be provided.

      WINIA Limited Warranty Policy

      • In-Warranty Service is provided within One Year from Purchase Date.
      • Valid Proof of Purchase is required.
      • Parts and Labor are covered only when your appliance is properly installed, used and maintained in residential home according to installation guide and user manual.
      • After One Year from Purchase Date, (Out-Of-Warranty) Repair Service can be arranged at Owner's Cost.
